Pros:

-brand new home, close to school, rooms are wired and blocked for ceiling fans, home in culdasac, lots of natural light, attic entrance upstairs, appreciation potential (about 8% a year), area is in development commercially with a Sam's coming in and various restaurants and a new elementary school. Neighborhood offers other floorplans comparable in size and price.

Cons:

-detached garage, small backyard, cramped streets in neighborhood, blinds and fans needed, ugly power box in front yard. Lighting fixtures need a little updated for the optimum look.










The kitchen and bathroom nook are all lamenate floors. There is a formal dining area, family room and living room downstairs with the 4 panels of windows in the front and back of the house. This first picture shows part of the kitchen and the built in desk. The utility room is just off the kitchen. The second picture is of the very small backyard, and the building is in fact the 2 car garage.













The dining and living room are right as you walk in, as are the stairs (in the first picture, the front door would be at the left). The second picture is the master bath. There is a garden tub with a separate shower, and two sinks. All the closets in the house are good sized and the master is a huge walk-in.
